This platform is owned and operated by Cinemapp. The "platform" includes both the services and products as well as the different channels that Cinemapp provides its users.
Cinemapp considers everyone who visits the platform and consults its services as a user. Minors are deemed to have asked permission from their parents, guardian or legal representatives to use the platform. With the use defined above, the user agrees to the terms of use and the privacy policy. Both can be read on the platform.
Cinemapp offers a platform that must be accessible to every user. If there are exceptions for reasons of compatibility, Cinemapp cannot be held liable for this. The availability of information and services may differ for each country and therefore user.
The user is expected to use the platform in a normal and legal manner. This excludes any purpose unlawful in nature or contrary to public morality or public order.
Some parts of the platform are only accessible with a user account. The information provided must be entered correctly and processed on the basis of our privacy policy, which can also be read on this platform.
